Road & Environmental Conditions

Crashes occurring in snowy weather conditions decreased significantly from 531 in 2022 to 290 in 2023, a reduction of 241 incidents. Similarly, crashes on icy/frosty road surfaces saw a substantial drop of 434 incidents, from 590 in 2022 to 156 in 2023.
